After an absence of several years, the St. Stephen Council 1906 Knights of Columbus in Lawrence sponsored a Free Throw Contest for the youth in the communities. The event was held at the Lawrence-Nelson Elementary School in Lawrence, Saturday, Jan. 29. Sixteen boys and girls took part and each division was for ages nine through 13. The winners will advance to the District Free Throw contest which will be held on Feb. 27 in Hebron.
