Last Thursday morning at 10 a.m. the Jewell Chamber of Commerce sponsored a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting at LeRoy's Lofts in Jewell. The business is at the southeast corner of the intersection of Washington and Delaware. Formerly the business was called The Scoop. Originally the building was a bank and the old vault is now a storage room. Following brief remarks by Jane Pahls, Chamber of Commerce president, and Darrell Bohnert - mayor, LeRoy Bourbon (owner) cut the ribbon.
