Ivan Frost (seated) was awarded a Quilt of Valor by his family on September 4, 2022. His son, Wayne Frost , (standing left) and daughter, Brenda Frost Carlson, (standing right) participated in the ceremony. Ivan Frost is from Esbon and served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
