Brandon Hollerich appointed to Rock Hills School Board

At a special board meeting held Tuesday, the Rock Hills Board of Education appointed Brandon J. Hollerich to fill the vacant board position.

Hollerich is a Tipton native. After graduating from high school in 2005, he attended Fort Hays State University earning a bachelor's degree in science and physics. He and his family have lived in Mankato for nine years.

When asked why he wanted to be on the board, Hollerich said, "I want to make sure Rock Hills has the tools and availability to provide a bright future for our children and teachers." He and his wife, Tiffany, have three children, Keegan, second grade; Ryan, kindergarten; and Allyson, pre-k. Tiffany is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jensen. Hollerich works at the Buffalo Roam.
