Mary Scroggins has taken up her duties as the City of Superior's Development Director. She began working at the city administration building last Monday.

Scroggins brings a wealth of experience to the position. She was born in Jerome, Idaho and graduated from Jerome High School. After graduation she migrated to the west coast where she began her working career. She worked as a district sales manager for a Los Angeles company for 11 years.
