Confirmed COVID cases reach 3

On Friday the Jewell County Health Department reported three confirmed COVID-19 cases in Jewell County.

The third case involves a resident who had been in close contact with another laboratory confirmed case. On Friday the patient was maintaining home isolation.

On Monday the state health department reported there were 28 cases in North Central Kansas with 8 counties still reporting cases. On Sunday the agency attributed 62 deaths statewide to COVID-19.
