There will be a government commodities distribution for families meeting income guidelines for the Jewell-Randall-Ionia area at 1 p.m., on Thursday, May 14, at the Jewell Apartments Commons Area, 107 S. Lincoln.

The following foods are scheduled to be distributed: peanut butter, apricot halves, peaches, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh apples, dried egg mix, fresh oranges, dried split peas, dried cherries, pecan pieces, applesauce, frozen orange juice and fresh potatoes.
