Superior Family Medical Center, Nelson Family Medical Center and Edgar Medical Clinic are taking appointments for school and athletic physicals for the 2020-2021 school year.

Kindergarteners and seventh graders need physicals and immunizations for school. The Nebraska Schools Activities Association does not require sports physicals except for those athletes entering their freshman year or those athletes who did not get a physical last year. Insurance wellness benefits may cover the cost. Contact your insurance provider for coverage information as many companies will only cover one wellness exam per year. Discounted sports physical clinics will not be scheduled at this time.
