Governor Kelly’s Executive Order No. 20-34 implementing Phase 2 of “Ad Astra: A Plan to Reopen KANSAS” became effective Friday morning at 12 a.m. This order increases the mass gathering limit to 15. The highlights of the changes from Phase 1.5 to 2 include the following;
