Ocie Miller, 98, of Glasco, Kan., diedTuesday, May 19, in Merriam, Kan. She was born on Nov. 16, 1921, to Ole and Bessie Lovseth on the family farm near Randall, Kansas. She married John Miller in November of 1946.

Ocie was a homemaker most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters and a brother.

She is survived by her children, Jolene (Robb) Chestnutt, Kathy (Keith) Harper, and Roy (Jane) Miller. She leaves behind five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Also included are nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

A service will be scheduled at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Glasco United Methodist Church, Randall Community Center, or Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care and can be sent in care of Jolene Chestnutt, 10106 West 55th Street, Merriam, Kan. 66203.
