The First Baptist Church of Mankato welcomes a new pastor, Kevin Wood. Pastor Wood resides in Washington, Kan., with Sheila, his wife of 35 years.
Pastor Wood and Sheila have three grown children. Pastor Wood has a bachelor of arts degree from Wayland Baptist University, a master of divinity degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a doctorate of ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, with an emphasis in counseling.
During his free time, Pastor Wood is an avid hunter, fisherman, bird dog trainer and runner.
