Kale and Whitney Newell of Mankato announce the birth of their daughter, Ezree Pearl Newell. She was born at 12:29 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, at the Smith County Memorial Hospital, Smith Center. She weighed eight pounds, four ounces and was 21 1/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Shawn and Susan Newell of Mankato and Ron and Tracy St.Clair of Smith Center.
