Most residents of rural Nebraska learned years ago not to take anything for granted. Like rain fall amounts.
This year of 2020 is a prime example. Most folks will remember 2019 as a “very wet” year.
For many of us living in southcentral Nebraska, 2020 looked like it would be listed as a “very dry” year as much of southern Nebraska was being included in the University of Nebraska’s “Drought Monitoring Program” as being in a drought area.
