Alberta L. Diamond, 88, formerly of Mankato died Tuesday, July 14, at The Pines in Holton. She was born Dec. 25, 1931, in Jewell County, to Clifton and Lillie (Howell) Dunn.

Alberta attended Steuben Elementary School and was a 1949 graduate of Mankato High School. She was a 1950 graduate of Brown Mackie School of Business in Salina.

She married Hank Henry Diamond on Aug. 15, 1951, at the Mankato Christian Church. He preceded her in death on Dec. 21, 1992.
