Wedding vows were exchanged between Mr. Trent Kohmetscher and Miss Claire Mertens on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2020, at the Faith Lutheran Church in Hastings. The couple’s families hosted a dinner and reception following at the Hastings Fairgrounds.

Parents of the couple are Bob and Lisa Mertens of Juniata and Keith and Carolyn Kohmetscher of Lawrence.

The couple will live in Rosemont where Trent is involved in livestock and farming and Claire is a dental assistant in Hastings.
