Kaylee Flaata (left), Janison Majors, Micah Janicek, and Jackson Kuhlmann received Outstanding Actress and Actor Awards at the York K-Dub One Act Competition. The Superior group presented Agatha Chritie's "And Then There were None."
The Superior High School one-act play team has been honing their skills at several competitions. They competed at the Southern Nebraska Conference meet at Fillmore Central in Geneva as well as at York.
The team is readying for their appearance at the District C1-4 competition to be held at Fillmore Central High School at Geneva, Wednesday. Other schools competing will be Fillmore Central, Wilber-Clatonia, Freeman, Centura, Johnson County Central, Tri-County and Sutton. The state championship meet will be held at the Johnny Carson Theatre, Norfolk, on Thursday, Dec.10.
