The Nebraska State Patrol investigated a child sexual abuse case which resulted in charges being filed against two individuals.

Bradley Burris was charged with sexual assault in the first degree, a class 11 felony. He was also charged with the sexual assault of a child in the third degree, a class 111A felony. His last listed address was in Courtland. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County jail with a $500,000 bond. Burris also faces charges in Jefferson County. Further charges may be pending.

His case has been bound over to district court.
