Michael L. Higbee, 60, died Dec. 13, 2020. Cremation services were chosen. Friends may sign Michael’s register book at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home in Belleville today (Thursday), from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, at Balch Cemetery, rural Formoso. Persons attending the services are requested to wear casual attire, along with masks or other facial coverings, and to practice social distancing.
