Superior comes up short against Fillmore Central

Superior traveled to Geneva to take on Fillmore Central Saturday. The Cats were looking to add a third game to their streak of wins, but a poor shooting effort (18 percent from the field) stopped their streak. “We came out a little flat and Fillmore Central came out with energy and confidence. We dug ourselves a hole early, battled for a while but the shots didn’t fall,” Coach Chadwell said. Fillmore Central shot 47 percent from the field to help them get their first win of the year.
