The Superior High School wrestling team picked up a fourth place finish with 101 points, at the Thayer Central Invitational at Hebron Friday. Other schools competing at the event were Thayer Central, Wilber-Clatonia, Red Cloud-Blue Hill, Tri County, Freeman, Meridian, Southern, Osborne, Friend and Shelton.

Hayden Neeman continued his torrid pace of first place finished in the 106 pound weight bracket. He picked up 17 team points as he ran his season record to 31-1.

Brett Miller was in fourth place in the 113 pound weight class. He earned seven team points.

Aaron Allgood took third place in the 138 pound weight bracket. He earned nine team points for Superior.

Tyler Everhart was in sixth place in the 145 pound weight division. He earned two team points.

Jordan Brown claimed third place in the 182 pound weight bracket. He was awarded 11 team points.

Michael McGowan held third place in the 195 pound weight bracket. He garnered nine team points.

Anders Webber took top honors in the 220 pound weight bracket earning 22 team points.

Payton Christiancy added another first place finish in the 285 pound weight bracket. His win added 24 team points.

The Wildcats travel to Wilber-Clatonia for the Southern Nebraska Conference Tournament Saturday.
