Genelda Maxine Snyder, 101, of Superior, died March 8, 2021, at Brodstone Memorial Hospital.

She was the daughter of William LeRoy and Minnie Agnes Holmes. She was born July 29, 1919, in Callaway, Neb.

Maxine met the love of her life and later married Kenneth "Red" Snyder on Nov. 11, 1939. Together they raised four children, Jerene, Norma, Wayne and Joe.

Maxine treasured her family and embraced every moment with them. She was known for her extraordinary talent of making you feel special. She cared deeply for her family, friends, and neighbors. She was known for baking kolaches, time i...
