Perry Freeman is a retired police officer. He was Superior’s police chief for 17 years after he retired from the Colorado Springs police department. During his time with the Colorado Springs police force, he worked undercover and infiltrated an outlaw biker club. Freeman had the right meetings at the right times to meet the right people. He was actually able to meet at a table in a bar with club leaders and conduct business with them. They bartered on various levels over several months.
