The contractor hired to install a heating and air conditioning system in the main hall of the Superior Auditorium has equipment on-site and a crew working inside the building. Installation of the HVAC system is the last major piece needed in restoration of the auditorium. A number of more cosmetic projects need to be done but with the roof repaired, the building rewired and plumbed and the fire alarm and supression systems installed, it will soon be ready for most any appropriate use.
