The L-N High School Golf Team began its Spring season last week, getting a chance to compete before the Easter holiday.

As traditional, they traveled a few miles south to Superior to be one of 14 teams in the Superior Invitational Meet.

Sandy Creek won the event with placing 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 13th among the 67 golfers taking part in the Meet. Their team score was 356. Heartland was second with a 385 score.

The Raider's team finished in a tie for 8th with the Hastings High JV team and had a score of 418. Blue Hill had a score of 417 for 7th place and Red Cloud was 10th with a score of 432...
