The Nuckolls County Board of commissioners met for their regularly scheduled meeting at the county courthouse in Nelson Monday. All three commissioners were present.

The board worked through a light agenda.

The road department reported difficulties in obtaining gravel supplies. The gravel pits are being impacted by adverse weather conditions.

The board approved all presented claims.

Vicki Ensign, county treasurer, presented a request to establish a separate account and checking account for disaster and CARES fund revenues. The request was approved.

There was a discussion concerning future audit contracts.

Sharon Hueftle, executive director of the South Central Economic Development District, presented an overview of the resources available to members from the organization. She also outlined project successes from the previous year.
