The 2021 Victorian Festival Grand Marshal is Rhonda Edwards, local business owner of Superior Tour and Travel. Rhonda is from South Sioux City, Neb., and graduated from Lincoln School of Commerce majoring in business administration and accounting.

Growing up a "city girl," Rhonda met and married her husband Greg and moved to a farm near Hardy in 1977.
