2021 Jewell County Fair is introducing Amateur Ranch Rodeo Games. The event will be at 7 p.m., Friday, July 9, in the horse arena. The event can be done individually or with teams of two to three. This event is strictly for fun. There will be no entry fee or prize money. The ranch trail course will include opening a gate, crossing a wooden bridge, crossing a tarp, going between trees and over larger logs, roping a dummy, dragging a log and finishing up with sorting and penning a calf. It will be strictly a fun event. Jackpot Barrel Racing will follow the Amateur Ranch Rodeo on Friday, July 9.
