Since the east bypass around Superior was closed earlier this month for a couple of repair projects, more problems have developed. On Monday the City of Superior plans to again restrict access to the popular route,

The Fifteenth Street portion of the route will be closed between Idaho and Washington streets, while a contractor, Patch Master of Sutton, is here repairing the shoulder and driving lane.

Local traffic will be given access to the route but others will be asked to use a combination of Idaho, Bloom and Third streets.
