Several Nuckolls county residents were sentenced in District Court at the Nuckolls County Courthouse in Nelson Tuesday. District Court Judge Stephen Illingworth presided over the court proceedings.

Cody Bohlen had been found guilty of several charges related to driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, no proof of insurance as well as other charges.
