COVID Shutdowns Bible School in Superior

COVID has spoiled Bible School plans in Superior this week. The First United Methodist Church and the Church of Christ had planned to jointly hold Bible School this week. The first session was Monday evening with 50 or more youngsters attending. All appeared to go well and the organizers and youngsters were looking foreward to Tuesday's session.

Unfortunately one of the members of the youngest class who attended Monday's session was diagnosed with COVID. After learning of the diagnosis, the decision was made on Tuesday to cancel the rest of the sessions.

Provided they do not contract COVID, only those youngsters that were in that particular class are in quarantine for two weeks. They are expected to be out in time for the start of school. The sick youngster, will not be allowed to start school until August 23 at the earliest.
