The NCK Homeownership Program has one more spot fill.

Exclusive to the 12-county service area of North Central Regional Planning Commission, the program offers 0 percent down payment loans ($10,000) and closing cost grants ($2,500). The funds will continue to be available on a first-come, first-serve basis until Sept. 30, 2021. If you are considering putting your home on the market, you are encouraged to do so while this program is still available.
