Lenora I. (Bruns) Frank, 92, was born Jan. 21, 1929, to John and Anna (Peters) Bruns on a farm near Hardy. She died Aug. 4,at the Homestead House in Beatrice.

Lenora grew up in Deshler where she attended elementary school and graduated from Deshler High School in 1947. In her younger years, she worked at the Deshler Broom Factory, and after graduation worked at the Christensen’s Rexall Drug Store in Hebron for five plus years.

She was married to Robert A. Frank on April 25, 1952, at Peace Lutheran Church in Deshler. Bob and Lenora were residents of Carleton, and members of Zion Luther...
