Through fundraising efforts, the Lovewell Lake Association is again sponsoring a fireworks display at Lovewell State Park near Webber. The display is scheduled for Saturday, beginning at dusk approximately 8:15 p.m., at the Cedar Point Boat Ramp in the state park. Should weather prevent the fireworks show, a rain date of Sunday, Sept 5, will most likely occur. Individual fireworks are still prohibited in all areas of Lovewell State Park and Wildlife Area, including the Twin Coves trailer area and the Lovewell Cabin area west of the state park.
