The Superior Airport Authority met Tuesday afternoon at 1 p.m. for their monthly meeting at the Superior Municipal Airport.

All five board members were present.

The board opened the meeting with its budget hearing. No members of the public were present. Cathy Martin represnted Teresa Sullivan, C.P.A. She presented an overview of the budget for board members.

The board requested $13,088 in county tax dollars per the authority’s levy authorization.

The board approved the budget with a 5-0 vote.

The board was advised the parking lot and driveway improvement project would not begin until spring.

There was no new business and the meeting was adjourned. The airport board normally meets at 5:30 p.m. the first Monday of each month. Meetings are open to the public.
