Good ole Mother Nature forced the Red Raider Cross Country team to miss competing at the Superior meet a week ago, but last week they were able to go to Fairbury for their annual Invitational Meet.

The boy’s team finished 8th out of the 15 teams with Rowan Jarosik earning a medal with his 11th place finish with a time of 19:14. Other team members were Logan Menke 26th; Sean Heaton 56th; Jacob Hagemeier 71st; Theo Kathman 82nd; and Zach Brennfoerder 115th.

Without enough girls for a team, the Red Raider girls ran as individuals: Athziri Diaz finished 33rd and Teagan Jarosik was 61st.
