Rylan Basart, a senior at Stockton High School, son of D'Ann and Rick Gardner of Mankato and Justin and Bobbi Basart of Stockton, has earned his Eagle Rank as a member of BSA Troop 46, Jewell County. For his Eagle Project, Rylan built and replaced the old sign for the St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery. A total of 18 Scouts, leaders and community members came together and worked more than 300 hours to help him complete his project.
