The University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Center for Agricultural Profitability will host a webinar focused on cover crops and incentives for their use at noon on Thursday, Oct. 7.

The use of cover crops on cropland in the U.S. increased by 50 percent between the 2012 and 2017 Census of Agriculture. The webinar will cover how farmers are using cover crops in the U.S., what types of federal and state incentives are available for their use and offer insights on soil health and farm financial outcomes associated with cover crops.
