The Superior Express -

The Superior Family Medical Center and the Nelson Family Medical Center will be administering flu shots via drive thru shot clinics this year. They have announced two dates for Superior and one date for Nelson. No appointments are required and patients are asked to bring their insurance card if insured. Flu Shots are $55 without insurance and cash or check will be accepted only. Wearing a mask is recommended. For questions or more information, call Superior Family Medical Center at 402-879-4781.

Superior – Monday, Oct. 11, from 2 to 4p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 7 to 9 a.m.

• Route: From Idaho Street, turn east onto Seventh Street. Turn north onto Converse Street. Turn left (heading west) on Eighth Street and a quick turn right (heading north) on Washington Street. Follow Washington to Tenth Street in front of the hospital. Shots will be administered under the south awning of the hospital.

Nelson – Tuesday, Oct. 19, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

• Route: From the highway, turn west onto Sixth street. Next, turn south (left) onto Wheeler Street. Shots will be administered near the Nelson Family Medical Center.
