Study affirms Lovewell State Park as contributor to economic growth

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) and the Center for Economic Development and Business Research (CEDBR) at Wichita State University (WSU) polled 39,156 visitors who stayed at a Kansas state park between April 1, 2020 and Sept. 11, 2020, including those who visited Lovewell State Park. The purpose was to better understand Kansas state parks’ contributions to regional and state economies. Here’s how Lovewell State Park contributes to Kansas economies.
