This fall's mild weather has been good for more than the farmers' harvest. Brodstone Memorial Hospital continues to move forward with the construction associated with the facility expansion. Crews have worked the last several months assembling the steel frame of the building and completing concrete work. Additional dirt, generator, electrical and plumbing work has progressed as well.

The expansion which is visible to the east of the existing Brodstone facility, is expected to be closed in during the winter months to enable crews to move forward with interior work.
