A Superior High School sophomore, Victoria Fleming, 16, was killed in a two-vehicle crash outside Hastings early Sunday morning.

She was a passenger in an eastbound vehicle on 12th Street. A nortbound vehicle on Blaine Avenue collided with the vehicle. There are stop signs for northbound and southbound traffic at Blaine Avenue. Another individual in the vehicle as well as Fleming, was pronounced dead at the scene.
