The first baby of 2022 made his appearance at Brodstone Memorial Hospital Thursday, Jan. 6. Parents Jerry and Nicole Farr of Red Cloud, welcomed Ethan Cole, weighing 7 lbs. 1 oz. and 19" long. Also welcoming Ethan are his siblings, Tanner, Dakotah, Breanna, Myrah and Spencer. Grandparents include Glenda Clark and Frank Horacek of Kansas and the late Gwen and Kenneth Farr.

Baby Ethan and his parents were presented a quilt created by the Loose Thread Sewing Circle and children's books from Brodstone Memorial Hospital.

In 2021, 32 babies were born at Brodstone's new nursery....
