The tough times continue for the Lawrence-Nelson High School girls basketball team as they lost three more games. They fell to Blue Hill 48-26, at Blue Hill, last Tuesday. The Silver Lake Mustangs handed the Raiders a 56-16 loss at Roseland, Friday. Lawrence-Nelson faced off against Silver Lake again on Monday at Roseland in the opening game of the Twin Valley Conference Tournament. Silver Lake emerged with a 42-21 win.

Aleah Heikkinen led the Raiders scoring against Silver Lake Monday with 10 points. Kara Menke was good for eight points while Claire Himmelberg scored three points for the Raiders.

The Raiders will play a consolation round game Saturday at Hastings College. The team visits Harvard Tuesday for a game with the Cardinals.
