Sheila Korb

Sheila Korb, the daughter of Willis and Nora (Meford) Armstrong was born March 8, 1938, at Guide Rock, Neb. She died Friday, Feb. 11, at the Good Samaritan Center in Superior, Neb.

Sheila was united in marriage to Donald Korb; this union was blessed with six children, three sons and three daughters. Sheila was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Sheila liked to sew and enjoyed crocheting. Sheila found time to visit with friends and family, she was a friend to all.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Korb; sisters, Dorothy Young and Phyllis Van; and brother, Roger Armstrong.

Survivors include her children Lou Hiatt and husband, Doug; Curtis Korb and wife, Carolyn; Doug Korb and wife, Tammy; Jeff Korb; Lisa Robidoux and husband, Chuck, Kim Fontenot and husband, Matt; sisters-in-laws, Gayna Schoenrock and John, Cindy Adamson and Dean; brother-in-law, Barry Korb and wife, Pat; cousins Pat Young, Becky and Steve Young, Ron and Loy Young; other relatives, Cheri Grimm and Tom Jennings; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and five great-great-granchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 13, at the Guide Rock Cemetery, near Guide Rock, with Pastor Ron Young officiating.
