Drought conditions had closed the Superior Country Club golf course to players. Kirk Utecht, club superintendent, was able to water the course over the weekend. The watering improved the course enough that it was opened for play Monday. Utecht asked golfers to keep apprised of conditions as a prolonged drought could impact play again.
