Rock Hills Students invited to submit business plans for E-Fair

E-Fair helps understand importance of entrepreurship

The students are required to write business plans as part of the curriculum. The E-Fair helps students understand the importance of entrepreneurship in rural communities.

On Friday, March 25, Jewell County Community Development will hold the Annual Entrepreneurship (E-Fair) at Rock Hills. This is the first time the event will be held in person since 2019. To help students understand the importance of entrepreneurship, Rock Hills Junior-Senior High English classes are now requiring students to write business plans as part of their curriculums. Students are encouraged to submit these business ideas as entries to the E-Fair. Students are also welcomed to submit business plans that were previously utilized for FBLA, FFA or 4-H projects.
