The Nuckolls County Board of Commissioners met Monday at the county courthouse in Nelson. All three commissioners were present.

Cindy Buescher, road department executive secretary, and Jim Bolte, department foreman, addressed the board. One the department’s shredders expelled a piece of wood which broke the window of a SUV parked by a field. The operator had raised the shredder to pass the vehicle.
