Dale Edward Bohling was born to Emil and Herta (Schardt) Bohling on

Sept. 13, 1930. He died April 8, 2022. Dale graduated from Davenport High School. He was drafted during the Korean War. When he was discharged, he came back to the area to farm.

On May 8, 1961, he married Darlene Egbarts. They had two sons, Alan and Neil. Dale farmed and drove trucks. He also enjoyed bowling and a good pitch game.

In July of 2020 Dale and Darlene moved into Meadowlark Heights. Later moved to Parkview Haven.

Dale was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and brothers Harlan and Lloyd.
