Krotzinger receives Brodstone Healthcare 2021 Employee of the Year

 


As Brodstone Healthcare celebrated National Healthcare Week last week, among the celebrations was the announcement of the 2021 Employee of the Year. Julie Krotzinger received the honor on Tuesday in recognition of her dedication to the patients and staff at Brodstone Healthcare.

The employee of the year award recognizes staff that show an outstanding commitment to the Brodstone mission, vision, and core values. Winners of each employee of the quarter are nominated for this annual award. Julie's nomination emphasized her integrity, compassion, and teamwork.

Julie started at Brodstone in December of 2010 as a CNA on the nursing floor. Upon completion of her RN, BSN from Bryan College of Health Sciences, she was the hired as an RN in December 2012 and currently works as the director of Specialty Clinic.

"My favorite part of working at Brodstone is being able to provide the level of care that we do in a rural community," said Krotzinger. "That truly takes a team effort across the board on several different levels."
