Ground has been broken and work started on a new Superior housing development known as Montana Meadows. If all goes as planned five single family homes known as villas will be constructed along the east side of Montana Street south of Fifteenth Street.

The project is an outgrowth of a Superior 3000 Foundation initiative to stimulate the development of more housing within the community of Superior.
